Powers relating to Justice in the Kingdom
of Nepal shall be exercised by courts and other judicial
institutions in accordance with the provisions of the constitution,
the laws and the recognized principles of justice.
Courts of Kingdom of Nepal
Courts in the Kingdom of Nepal shall consist
of the following three tiers:
In addition to the Courts referred to
in clause (1) above, the law may also establish special
types of courts or tribunals for the purpose of hearing
special types of cases:
